This period exists for good reasons.The main one is that it is probably the most effective way to prevent the installation of side extensions, unsafe and potentially dangerous.Obviously Firefox extension could install without any user action, but it would not be a good idea.
If you are addicted to install extensions, you may want to reduce the waiting time for silence. What is good with Firefox, is that everything is possible (or almost, there is no coffee). To reduce the waiting time for installing extensions, go to the hidden options of Firefox:
- Type
about:configin the address bar; - In the "Filter" specify security.dialog_enable_delay;
- Double-click and set the value to 0.
Anyway, this time not turn off unless you are sure the sites you plan to visit.At best, leave the installation period as it is.
