Delicious beta: Firefox 3

Yahoo caught up to Firefox 3 this week with a beta plug-in for its Delicious bookmarking service.

The Firefox add-on for Delicious "now has full Firefox 3 support while retaining Firefox 2 compatibility," said Nick Nguyen, senior product manager for Delicious, in a blog posting.

Delicious allows people to save their bookmarks online, tag with descriptive keywords, and share them with other members.

Delicious is a very widely used tool. As a result, Firefox can use it and extend its new plug-in more deeply to help to solve the lower barriers problem.
